Part:BBa_K5425007
Contents
Short description
This circuit was designed to determine the threshold population at which the pLux promoter becomes active due to the binding of TetR and AHL. The threshold is influenced by several factors related to the components used in the circuit's design. The main purpose of this circuit is to assist in optimizing the design of the part. To monitor this activation, sfGFP was used as the reporter.
Introduction
This part fluoresces at a specific threshold population, providing insight into the performance and behavior of the components used in the construction of Part:BBa K5425004.
